REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before buying.


ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY DROQO ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS (instant PDF 

downloads).


3-DAY REFUND POLICY


We offer a 3-day (72-hour) refund window from the time of purchase.


If you are not satisfied with your digital product for any reason, 

you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


Email us at buyloopa@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase with:

- Your order number

- Email address used for purchase

- Reason for your refund request


We will review and respond within 1 business day.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME


- UPI / Razorpay: 5–7 business days

- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days

- Net Banking: 3–5 business days


Refund timelines depend on your bank and are outside our control.


AFTER THE 3-DAY WINDOW


Refund requests made after 72 hours of purchase will not be 

eligible, except in the following cases:


1. Technical Delivery Failure

   You completed payment but did NOT receive your download link 

   within 24 hours (and it is not in your spam folder).


2. Duplicate Payment

   You were charged more than once for the same order due to a 

   technical error.


3. Corrupt or Unreadable File

   The downloaded file cannot be opened on any standard PDF reader.


CANCELLATIONS


Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been 

delivered to your email. Please contact us before purchase if you
